Bahama Shutters

Bahama Shutters provide an attractive look at the same time has the benefit of shade, privacy, security, and storm protection. Generally, they are used for window openings or patio areas where walking distance is not an issue. They must be closed from the outside but can be closed from the inside in some cases.

9000 Series - Florida Building Code & Dade County Approved. Solid backing slat design makes this series the most impact resistant Bahama available. Vented holes allow minimal room for light or vision.

8500 Series - Jordan's "Standard Style" has a solid slat design which provides: shade, privacy, security and general weather protection.

8000 Series - Jordan's "Caribbean Style" has a curved hollow slat design giving the shutter an attractive finish. Adjustable for more or less shade, this Bahama style provides general weather and security protection.

Bahama Shutters are mounted to a track above the opening and are held open using adjustable telescopic arms mounted on the sides of the shutter which are removable and can be adjusted with ease for users needs.
