Storm Panels - 551 Series
551 Series Clear Polycarbonate Storm Panels - Clear Storm Panels is another product we carry and is a great way to protect your home from hurricane force winds, rain, and flying debris. You can protect your home and let the light in during a hurricane or tropical storm.
Our 551 Series panels are the highest-quality clear panels on the market. These panels have been approved by the most stringent Miami-Dade and Florida Building Code missile-tests. The installation methods are pretty much the same as our 550 series panels with some differences.
The installation of this system may be a little different but, the strenght is the same. These panels are 12" on centers unlike the 550 series, which are 12 1/2" on centers. Even though, this product may need to be installed a little differently. The difference is clear, that is, the difference is that you can have the security and hurricane protection and still have light come in.
TO ORDER - You can order a single clear panel for a complete normal panel installed opening. You would simply replace your center aluminum panel with the clear one. On the ordering
page you will just add-in that difference in the space provided.
